Earning National Sales Awards gave Andy the framework of negotiating, every day of the week, and his system of negotiating is unique, fun and effective!

Andy was raised on a ranch in Kansas and was a professional bull rider at rodeos for many years. To finance his rodeo career he became a great salesman.

After his rodeo career he worked as an actor, from Broadway to Hollywood, appearing in classics like the TV show GUNSMOKE with James Arness, movies like ROBOCOP, and professional theatre.

In the 1980's he began working with sales guru Zig Ziglar, teaching seminars across the country and around the world. "Working with Zig as his protege was an honor." says Andy.

His audio program on training adults called, "Training the Trainer" - published by Nightengale-Conant - is the best seller ever on that topic.
